The cabins at Gatlinburg Falls are always top notch. Unfortunately this time there were a few problems. The biggest was the TVs were not working. I called and the TV reception was not going to be back until the next day. Still was not back yet. We were without any tv for 2 of the 4 days we were there. There was a problem with a fiber optic cable. Other than that we have had a great time every time we have stayed at Gatlinburg Falls. We have stayed there in various cabins for the last 6 years.

The cabin was located in a location which is central to all of the activities in the area. The cabin was really nice but was certainly ready for an update. The carpet on the main floor living room was worn and dirty and the bathrooms are ready for a paint refresh. The front porch is also ready for a refreshed paint job. The cabin had many very nice amenities such as video and pinball games. The hot tub was also very nice and we enjoyed the very large rear porches (one on each level of the cabin). Overall, a nice experience.

A few hiccups because DVD and PlayStation missing in movie room but the cabin was beautiful, clean and maintenance was helpful with items requested.

We had a nice stay. Inside of cabin was clean. The spider webs on back porch really needs broomed off at same time cabin is cleaned. All jets in both inside and outside jacuzzi n hot tub did not work. We had to change spots every so often to get the full effect. Extra towels for the jacuzzi would he nice. We have already spotted a different cabin (newer built) for next stay. Didnt get to see any black bears this time.

We had a great time at Gatlinburg Falls. Our cabin was perfect, just two of us in a one bedroom. The cabins are very convenient to all restaurant and attractions. We took a nice walk each morning and really enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back!

There was some trash outside the cabin and a BBQ fork stuck in a tree. The matress on the fold out couch was dated and uncomfortable. The washing machine did not work properly. I did let someone in the office know. Also, upstairs shower drain was not draining properly. Some of the furniture was damaged, I understand that happens, but repairing it or replacing it would look better. Thought the outside deck and entry way could have been cleaner. Quite a few bat droppings. I know it's the mountains, it just didn't appear to have been cleaned up previously. Overall the cabin was ok.

My wife and I really enjoyed our long week-end getaway. Well maintained cabin. Had problem, found out on arrival there was no coffee pot for the Mr Coffee at the house. The staff had it replaced within 2 hours. All in all, a great place and great service. My only issue though minor, is their rigid policy on date changes.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff was very accommodating. We were a little late checking in but we were compensated and the cabin was as advertised. Very clean and peaceful we will continue to stay with cabins in the smokies for years to come.
