First, the customer service was very good. I called them on several occasions and had friendly, helpful service with each call. There was a couple issues with my order when it arrived and they fixed it without question. The cabinets themselves are good and the assembly was ok. One cabinet came in a different box and had different hardware for the assembly which was fine except the color of the cabinet was slightly darker than the rest. Fortunately there was enough variation in the cabinets that you don't notice too much. The hardware for assembly was all pre-installed which for the most part was good and made assembly quick. However, a couple of the cabinets had the hardware in the wrong place and had to be moved to get everything to line up correctly. Overall I am satisfied with the cabinets.

I had the Shakertown cabinets installed and they look amazing. The color was perfect and the quality of the cabinets were great. I shopped serveral other places, Sears, Lowes and Home Depot but these were by far the best and the price was great. I have recommended Cabinet Giant to several of my friends who have commented on how great they look.

The diamond series cabinets were very nice the price was very good but the customer service was just great.

I had a very budget minded client so I suggested we try Cabinet Giant as I have used them once before. Both the client and my crew were extremely surprised with the quality of cabinets with soft close drawers and beautiful lacquer finish. The price allowed us to complete the kitchen remodel on time with fast delivery service at a reasonable price. Only concern was they offer a free local terminal pickup but I couldn't find out where that was located. We were missing one set of drawer slides and the company sent them right out with no hassle. Definitely a solid choice in RTA cabinets. We look forward to using them again soon.

We ordered the signature white cabinets and they were amazing. We compared them to Lowes' cabinets and Cabinet Giants cabinets blew them out of the water! We were quoted $11,000 for our cabinets from Lowes. We saved over 50% from cabinet giant. They are all what the website said they would be. Had a couple issues and the customer service was amazing to work with. Have our replacement parts shipping the same day we contacted them. Never held up the job! The quality and craftsmanship are great! Had our appliances delivered when we were installing them and the delivery guys loved them so much, they are ordering from them also. The only gripe I have is that the instructions for the mechanical parts could be better. Took a few minutes to figure them out, but nothing serious. Do yourself a favor if your thinking about remodeling or installing for a new home, don't bother shopping for a better deal. You won't find one for the quality of the cabinets you get from Cabinet Giant.

I ordered Shakertown cabinets which have a 3-4 week delay. All but 1 drawer base cabinet shipped out exactly 4 weeks later. It took another week to get the drawer base. Since we needed all the base cabinets in before they could measure for the tops that was a little frustrating. Twelve hinges were regular instead of soft close and it took 3 weeks to get those. Not too bad since the doors were functional as they were. When the drawer base cabinet arrived it was missing one set of drawer locks. The drawer was not usable without it. However they shipped that out very quickly. The assembly for all the cabinets except the corner base was very easy. Whoever supplied the instructions for the corner base with the lazy susan should be put in a torture device. It was the 1st cabinet we put together and I was ready to hire someone to assemble the rest. There are no written instructions and the pictures really don't help much. We are avid DIY'ers and have a lot of experience with assembly. This one is ridiculous. Everything else was super easy. Value wise, even with the set backs, I couldn't ask for more. For $3500 I got enough cabinets for 2 12 foot walls and a 6 foot island all with soft close doors and full extension soft close drawers. That included a pantry, a refrigerator panel and a corner lazy susan. There were some minor mars but they were on the inside the cabinets. I wish there was a place to post pics. They really look great. If there had not been the few issues I would have given 5 stars. I would recommend to anyone as long as you understand they're not perfect and there will be some normal human error.

After dealing with an awful freight company that would not coordinate our shipment for delivery, the driver brought the cabinet to our condo when we were not home. He told our doorman that it was damaged and they took it back without ever showing us. I was told that no more of this particular model were in stock. I tried to contact the company numerous times to see if they could offer a different cabinet with the same dimensions at the same price....no one even replied.

We added a pantry and over refrigerator cabinet during our kitchen update. They arrived quickly, assembled very easily and look fantastic!
