A few "hick-ups", some were my fault but they did all they could to resolve the issues.

The designer was really great to deal with and understood the project. This was not our first renovation.....The product quality was pretty much as expected. A couple of errors in the trim pieces not matching and some missing pieces, but they shipped out a replacement right away! The shipping and delivery experience was a nightmare. Probably Not the Cabinet Giant's fault...however just be prepared in case it happens to you. It could be that when shipping across country, the order changes carrier hands a few times and also the final destination trucking company did not have their act together. Again the Cabinet Giant did handle what issues they could, I did have to get on the phone several times with the trucking company as well. Overall the finish product looks really good. Assembly of cabinets is no big deal at all....installation is something you need to plan and know what you're doing or get someone that does. All good

I have ordered from Cabinet Giant twice in the past 6 months. The cabinets are excellent. They are very easy to out together and are beautiful. My only issue is with communication. I live in the KC area, so it is easy for me to pick up my order at the warehouse. I contacted Cabinet Giant on the phone regarding my second order and consistently received a message stating I had contacted them after hours. Every time I called it was during business hours. So I contacted them via email several times regarding my second order and never heard from them. We finally just went to the warehouse and picked it up. It had been ready for several days. No one apologized or explained why we were not contacted. My advice for people near their warehouse, is to ship it there and then stop by several times to ensure you can pick up your order in a timely manner.

ONLY ISSUE WAS WHITE COLOR I never purchased kitchen cabinets on line, but this was a pleasure! I DO a lot of shopping on line, and this was like most other situations. It was easy, it was fast, I got a quality product. I ordered white cupboards (antique white, I think) and only thing was, they were very yellow appearing in person. That made them look almost invisible with Whole Wheat Sherwin Williams paint color. I wanted them to have more of a white or creamy contrast, but I'm living with this. It is a galley kitchen, so very 'in your face' in the space. Other than that, everything is good and I am happy with my product. Product came in good quality and no obvious flaws. I also wanted to assemble myself after watching YouTube video about construction, but the contractor took them home and did it himself! I think he wanted to have the fun! He said the cabinets seemed pretty good quality. He is a carpenter by trade, as well. Choices of shapes and sizes and accessories were good, too...I designed kitchen myself with pencil and paper. Worked out well. Measure carefully! Very happy with purchase and would do again!

Good quality for the price. Great customer service. Overall very pleased with cabinets and dealing with company representatives.

I received much better cabinets then I expected. No saw dust pressed together. I have received nothing but complements from visitors. It took longer to take out of cartons then to put together. If you can walk an talk at the same time you can have quality at a very reasonable price. I saved almost 8000.00 on my order over big box stores.

Pre-sale was great; however, once the sale was made everything seemed to fall apart. Responses started to take longer and longer until they just stopped coming all together. Replacement parts were in worse shape than originals. It took several times to get pieces in good shape. Unfortunately, I had the product installed on a timeline and couldn't wait for these items to arrive. I have a few unsightly spots, which I am disappointed with.
