Seems like a good quality cabinet, but we ordered in antique white and it showed up with no finish. However, we decided we like the bare look, it looks good in our bathroom, so we did not contact company. Packaging was not great, there was some minor damage to cabinet in one spot.

Very responsive. When the order needed adjusting, they did it. without any trouble. Initially the lazy susans were a challenge, but we figured out how to make them work. The only drawback was the shipping company and trying to accurately track delivery. That could be improved.

Great job, but still has 2 corner upper cabinet to be send back. Please suggest the best way. thanks

Our designer, Jen Allen, was awesome to work with. She helped us design and select the best configuration of cabinets for our needs and made sure we had all the trim necessary to make everything look finished and beautiful. We definitely found that Cabinet Giant had the best prices of anyone for the same cabinets. The quality of the cabinets was good. There were some blemishes, but luckily for us, all were in areas that would not show. I have no doubt that, had we needed to, Cabinet Giant would have replaced the damaged pieces. The one area that could really use improvement is the instructions for assembly. They were terrible! The product and service, however, was great.

went together okay but manual needs lots of attention

I would recommend Cabinet Giant to anyone. Every cabinet came in pristine condition. The cabinets were easy to assemble and the installation went very smoothly. The only hiccup was a couple of the cabinets were incorrect, but Cabinet Giant immediately sent out the correct ones.

Fast delivery, cosistent quality, and responsive customer service. I have used them on three projects. Very happy with the results. Build instructions can be difficult to follow pertaining to what hardware to use on some models.

I did my research when trying to decide which cabinet maker I wanted to go with. I was looking for the highest quality at the best price and I found it with Cabinet Giant . Solid cabinets at more than half the price of Builder Surplus and other discount cabinet companies. A lot better quality than you'll find at the big box stores and once again half the price of their top quality lines. The only negative thing I could say is that you have to put them together yourself. I ended up paying my contractor an extra $500 to put them together, but still saved a few thousand dollars. I'm in the Real Estate business and I will use and refer Cabinet Giant every time.
