I had multiple issues with the cabinets received. The finish wasn't the color they show on the web site. They show a honey oak color but sent a muddy greenish tint color. Several of the cabinet panels were badly warped and didn't fit right. I'd sent them a contact message with the issues...they never contacted me. I tried calling and couldn't get in touch with anyone and didn't receive a call back. I had to move on with the project so now I'm looking at having to strip and refinish all the cabinets...brand new and needs to be refinished... I wouldn't recommend this company.

When we placed our order, there was couple of cabinets that was not on the list. When we called the 800 number the operator named Jean was very helpful. She pointed us in the right direction and told us where to order what we needed. It was very painless and in a few days we had all of our cabinets. They were easy to assemble but we notice that the trim on two of the doors was out of square. We called them they said to send them a picture and in two days we had new doors. I would recommend Cabinetgiant to anyone. I'm very pleased with my cabinets.

The cabinets are very very nice. Love them. I never knew of Cabinet Giant until my contractor told me and so glad as now if need more cabinets will order from them. I love the soft close. The cabinets that I ordered is very well made, very sturdy.I highly recommend this company.

I called 6 times and left messages for two weeks until I got a call back. Never got a tracking number to let my customers know when the cabinets would be there. Awfully customer service.
