Your doors are excellent. The cabinet design is good. You should tell customers that slight loosening of bracket screws before assembly is a big help to avoid excess stress on some of the rabbeted fits. Your packaging is ABISIMAL. The unsecured shelves slammed about in the cartons requiring total replacement of one cabinet and parts swapping and repairs I did on my own. Brackets were ripped out of the wood, veneer splintered and scraped. All of the 4 cabinets I received had some degree of damage. I can't imagine installing a whole kitchen shipped with so little care.

While I love the overall finished product, it's solid, works as described and is beautiful, I had to give it 3 stars because of the complexity of putting it together and the lack of instructions showing you how to do so. All on 1 sheet of paper, there were a few pictures (some included 2 and 3 drawer diagrams) and a listing of what came with the product. For something that was supposed to take 15 minutes to put together, took days and someone else had to finish it. Nothing was indicated on the instruction sheet where any of the 12, 12 and 27 amounts of different size screws were supposed to go and was very limited on the placing of each piece. While the pieces were being pieced together, some of the pre-set connectors were popping out and had to be glued back in place, being they were now stripped. Not everyone is a cabinetmaker, carpenter or craftsmen who would normally know how to put this together.

The drawer fronts that were received don't fit anything can you please send drawer faces for TB-SB33 sink face drawers and send them out ASAP please.....Also the handyman said the replacement to the wall upper corner were wrong for the 2nd or 3rd time so he had to clamp the warped boards to get it to fit properly. I had the worst time with this order and my handyman is about to kill me for using cabinet giant but last time I didn't have this much trouble, it was perfect. Monette, Timberline is a different manufacturer than the other ones you used previously. It is a lower grade and more affordable cabinet however. I think maybe we should in the future stay away from this line for you since it didn't work out so well. I have ordered many projects with CabinetGiant.com with few issues. Any issues are resolved fairly easily. Good quality for the price. Half the cost of Home Depot with better quality material

Great Cabinets at a very Good Price

As far as RTA cabinets go, this is my favorite system so far. I like the metal snap-ins, and the slots were pretty accurate. Much better than any system I have used from other online retailers. Not perfect, but for a rental, you can't beat this price and style of cabinet. The company was really good with customer service. My first order had a cabinet face which was split, and they replaced it in a very timely manner. Second order, I had to switch up, and it was so easy to do, I wasn't sure they actually took care of it. But it arrived in a few days, and was correct.

Everything went smooth from the kitchen design help to the shipping and installing the cabinets. Cabinet giant rocks !!!

I shopped around a great deal. On line, big box stores, even considered making new cabinets myself. I could not beat Cabinet Giant for price or quality anywhere. All solid wood or REAL plywood (not furniture board, particle board, or even cardboard), very nice door hinges and drawer slides (soft close, adjustable), and delivered to my home. I used some glue with the assembly, but clearly didn't have to with very good fit (tight dados, solid metal clips; you will need a rubber mallet). We had one cabinet with damage; followed instructions on the website and Cabinet Giant replaced the entire cabinet within just a few days. If I bought this level of quality locally, I would have paid double maybe more.
