Both customer service representatives Kayla and Rachel have been absolutely professional, nice, product knowledgeable — I spent a long time on the phone with both of them on several days and ended up ordering two guns plus accessories, both myself and Dr Milan In today’s world, rather today’s labor force, to have employees of this caliber is wonderful. Purchased a Target Trap for practice
Purchased a Target Trap for practice. After watching the video it failed the first time we attempted to fold it back up. Byrna responded and replaced it in record time. New one works fine.
