Being a first time caller & not quite sure if I ordered everything that I needed to keep my loved ones & myself safe I was lucky to have a very knowledgeable & friendly CS representative guide me through my order. She made me feel comfortable while ordering & helped me to order the proper items. It felt like I was talking to a friend, not someone trying to get as much money for my order as she could. I hope when I call back I will be able to have this person help me out again. Thank you!

I don’t recommend the Mission 4 unless you’re sure that only two or three rounds is all you need to turn someone around. After maybe five uses, the mags will only let the first couple rounds go into the chamber and then fail. Also, don’t use practice rounds. They make this faulty equipment shoot and/or jam even worse. Don’t waste your money on something you can buy a real firearm with that is much less likely to let you down. If you’re in the market for something like this, you need to be sure you get something that won’t fail you. This isn’t that.

I received my Byrna, but didn't receive an owners manual with it I called and Rachel answered within a minute. I asked that she send me one, I am 78 and my husband is 75. I wanted it by Father's Day. Just got it today, not one, but two. Love 😍 her. You have incredible staff. I will send another review after my husband and I test your product. Keep up the great customer service, and give Rachel a great big raise!!!

First, the design and quality of the CL is fantastic. Second, a missing tube of pepper balls was quickly addressed with a phone call and conversation with Maria. She was very helpful and professional. I am impressed with Byrna's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I bent her ear for a long time with questions while placing and buying my order and she never got short or unpleasant with me.
