Byram Healthcare shouldn't receive a single star. Delayed order, directly misrepresenting why deliveries are not arriving (doctor didn't do their job, insurance hasn't approved, etc). Early on, I just accepted these excuses, but as time went on, I started checking and found that their customer service / sales people were simply disingenuous. The insurance sent copies of the approvals, the doctors office sent copies of requested information to process the order, a ship date is listed on their website, but when checking with USPS, the label wasn't even created for four more days and the shipment has not been sent to USPS days later. The words from their CSR are "don't worry about it". When asked to speak with a supervisor, was told that they'd have someone get back with me "soon". That turned in to 24 to 48 hours when pushed on the subject and now it has been nearly a month since the order was placed. The CSR's give vague answers to direct, specific questions (like "when will I receive a return phone call?") and there is no way to get in touch with a supervisor or send an email to their management about this type of problem. When dealing with medical items, there should be a sense of urgency to get the order fulfilled. Byram has shown no interest in doing anything more than taking payments and they'll get around to doing the work they're being paid to do at an indeterminate future date. If there were another option, I'd switch today.
