My experience with this company was a nightmare. The wait time to talk to anyone is very long. The customer service reps are poorly trained, two were outright rude with me because I simply asked questions they wouldn't or couldn't answer. Their prices are ridiculously high and when I asked how much, they told me my order was covered 100% by insurance when I know it wasn't. I have a deductible to meet. I kept asking and finally got a total amount due. I worked with them for days trying to get my first order correct. They never did get the order correct so I decided to cancelled the order. I was told it couldn't be cancelled cuz it was already being filled, yet I know for a fact that my doctor's office had not been contacted for approval yet cuz I had just spoke with them. I don't appreciate being lied to and find they're tactics unethical. I called my insurance and asked them for references and found a wonderful company that cost more than $400 less for the same products. One more thing, instead of answering my questions, one rep told me I needed to talk to new customer dept and gave me a bogus extension then disconnected me. Disgusting!

I would like to leave a 0 star review but the sight would not let me! I have been a subscriber to Byram Healthcare for over five years. It takes a phone call and hours of my time just about every month to straighten out my order and very, very seldom do I receive my Freestyle Libre 14 day sensors within a time frame that allows me to use the sensors without interruption. Many (not all) of the customer service agents do not speak legible English which I am sorry for that I do not speak their language of understand their accent. I spent an hour with them in the end of November 2021 and did finally receive my sensors although late and being unable to to have glucose reading use without returning to finger sticks. I received an order confirmation in late December 2021 confirming my order and in early January 2022 got an email that my order was being held up for the same problem I had in November. After another 1 1/2 hours on the phone and 5 transfers I was told that there was nothing I could do without a supervisor approving my account and that they would call me back. 1 1/2 days later I received NO CALL> I am out of my sensors and have NO WAY to check my glucose levels. IF you have an OPTION, do everything you can to find a reputable company that cares about you and your health. Do not use BYRAM.

Should be zero star rating, they border a “scam” type of business. This company will not correct their errors and will not speak to a human being. They also rip off insurance companies as well as consumers. Terrible, terrible, company to deal with.

I have spent over 8 hours on hold with Byram trying to reorder diabetic supplies and your customer service is absolutely atrocious! I need a call back from someone! This is ridiculous!

They have consistently provided TERRIBLE customer service with uninformed staff who do nothing to resolve problems. They have entered incorrect information on insurance paperwork and orders so the authorizations have been messed up. They have sent orders late, missing equipment, or not at all. They have consistently failed to respond to requests that they FIX the issues they have caused. They have placed patient's health at risk repeatedly due to their negligence and incompetence. I We have gone several months now without a complete or correct order due to their mistakes and stalling and lack of response to our repeated requests that they fix the issues. They have hold times often exceeding an hour and they leave you on hold past their closing time. They offer NO solutions when asked to fix problems and they have no coordination between their phone and online ordering systems, then they use that as an excuse for not doing their job. NEVER use them. They are horrible.

All I wanted was some CGMs to monitor my blood sugar levels. My insurance directed me to Byram Healthcare and gave me an impression I would save money going through them. All went well, got 6 sensors that I thought were covered, then I got a bill for $1050. The sensors I use are normally less than $70 each at any CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc. without insurance. Insurance covered $105 for the 6, but turns out that Byram charged $192.50 per sensor. When signing up with them, they don't state any prices, and the insurance company didn't know that they would price gouge these devices, and probably do the same for all other offerings. I expressed my anger with the insurance company and looks like they won't be sending any more people there. In the end, I got the script I needed for Costco and, after insurance, I got 6 sensors for a little less than $38 each.

Well I wish I'll had read the reviews first! Ordered and paid for my breast pump and immediately got an email saying its on back order. Customer service line doesn't work, chat useless. They are willingly taking money KNOWING their products are out of stock and pushing you to contact your insurer to sign off so they can get paid. Apalling
