My order was placed on 8/21/23. Your delay in processing, means it was not shipped on time. I spoke with several reps, that arranged to get me my order before I left town -- even arranging for a single-sensor sent. But, I am on a plane Monday, 09/04/23 -- and OnTrac and FedEx won't deliver until I am gone. Crappy crappy crappy customer service!!! Lied to me!! Made promises that were empty.

The customer service skills of their employees is hit or miss, mostly miss. Order placement is off with quantities and item types. The Hollister overnight drain bags are poorly made and problematic, so they switched to Bard products. I’ve used McKesson in the past and they are a little better. Hope to find a different vendor soon.

Byram is absolutely horrible. I have yet to have a smooth order filled. For my current order, I have made 5 calls and have been told on 3 occasions the order was on the way only to receive a follow email and text stating they are waiting for authorization. I have a current authorization that is good until 08-31-2023 and started this process around the middle of August. You can rarely understand the representative you are speaking to due to low volume and some broken English. Then they do not speak to you or try to remedy problems, but only speak from a script. Currently I am on my 5th call to Byram after asking to speak to a supervisor. The rep insisted she could help and that it would take 24-48 hours for a supervisor to call me back, unless I was willing to hold for an hour or two. When I said I would hold, the rep hung up on me. Very unprofessional, very unsympathetic, and completely unhelpful!!

Like others have said they are the champion for horrible customer service. I asked for someone else to talk with and was told just to call back and maybe you will get a different person. Poor command of English and just keep repeating what is on their screen. Good Grief!just give me someone to talk with who understands.

Do not do business with these thieves they overcharge for everything so you end up with a deductible that is more than you could have bought same product over the counter. Received bill for copay that was paying every month but they sent to collection agency to ruin my credit..

I used used a few suppliers until today for my son ostomy supplies. Bryan is definitely exceptional with how bad and messy they are. The deliveries always late and there is always problem

Been with this company many years and they only get one order a year right. All the rest are short or messed up. I finally qualified through my insurance to go through another company for diabetes supplies. Byrum was so rude on the phone when I told them I was going elsewhere. Then they sent me a huge bill for nothing but a made up code and demanded payment. First time ever I would have out of pocket money owed ever. They are scamers and dirty thieves. I will be bringing their bill to my insurance to resolve their fraudulent claim.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced--anywhere, any indudtry. Steer clear! They have caused quality of care impacts to my dad because they keep saying they are sending his diabetic supplies "tomorrow" and ever-single-time, they send it too late--after he has run out. This time, I placed the order 3 weeks before he was to run out. $ calls later, keep being told "it is still processing". He is almost out again. Meicare should cut them off. Poor customer service--incuding lying and rudeness on each and every call. The ones that aren't rude are just terribly trained and hve no ide how to help. Go anywhere else. I will be posting this everywhere and also filing a complaint with CMS.
