Terrible call wait times. I’m currently waiting as I am writing this review and I have already been waiting almost 2 hours. My children really need there supplies and this is sad how long we have to wait just to speak with someone who most likely hang up once you get thru. I’ve been hung up on after waiting an hour and a half before I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Product sucks. Customer service non existent. Lucky if you reached a rep speaking any english

So much frustration with customer service, ordered supplies in may, never received a bill, I went through our bills paid and pending from the beginning of this year, nothing from Byram, tried ordering the other day but couldn’t because of a 68$ bill, so paid bill, tried to order but was told I couldn’t because of 400$+ owed to collections. You will lose your mind trying to deal with these people. So hard to do business with them, it would be nice to be able to speak with someone who knows English. I honestly think they are a rip off!!

They do not answer the phone. They don't include insurance coverage on their statement. They don't answer the phone at the "headquarters" number either. The rep who emailed doesn't take phone messages. Previous statements can't be viewed because of technical issues on their site. I don't know how long the hold time is in the phone because I've never lasted that long.

I have used Byram before for ostomy supplies with no issues until recently. I received my ordered supplies and my primary insurance denied the claim but Medicaid would have covered them but Byram refused to bill them even when they were given all the correct information and my primary insurance even called them several times to get the matter resolved.Their customer service was difficult to deal with and took forever on the phone and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Will never use this company again.

Byram represents everything wrong with modern Healthcare. They are a wildly incompetent middleman getting paid to screw up getting you supplies to help the investors of Healthcare providers make up more money, while increasing the costs of consumers.

I changed to Bryam at my stoma nurses recommendation and its been a nightmare. I've placed one order 8 days ago that I still haven't received - order placed, product#s provided - cant review the order until it "ships" - products are wrong but canr do anything about it until package arrives - package due to arrive yesterday but didn't because they failed to.provide my ENTIRE address - made it clear I'm now out of products but told they cant do anything - no offer to get manager involved, hung up on when I asked for one

If we could give a zero then we would. I know we that they keep on missing up the order.The last three months the keep on changing the days for delivery and mingsing up the insurance.We have been with them for years
