Worst medical supply company ever. Consistently send incorrect products; my son is a T1D so not having correct supplies can be life threatening.

Worst DME company I've ever worked with. They were recommended by my insurance, but they don't even sell the type of product I need. They consistently misspelled my first name, despite having medical records, and likewise messed up my address. My first call to their customer service should have fixed these issues but didn't. They sent me a product that did not match my prescription. I offered to return it in a second call to their customer service line, but I was told to keep it and I would not be charged. Since then, I've received repeated calls from their billing department trying to collect payment for the item they said they didn't want back. I've explained the situation to at least three different billing people, to no obvious effect. I asked them to delete my information and never call me again, but still they do. I promised I'd leave terrible reviews if they ever called me again, so here we are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Apparently they focus more on diversity, equity & inclusion than they do making sure their customers are taken care of and have the medical supplies they depend on. Go anywhere else.

**UPDATE** 10/4 Not sure why you bothered posting the escalate email. I've written it multiple times with no response, just like all of your other methods of communication. How are you able to stay in business? I will be going to the ER for a new catheter today. SEND MY MEDICALLY NECESSARY AND INSURANCE COVERED SUPPLIES Terrible hold times, incompetent agents, incorrect information given, multiple hour long phone calls to resolve one issue. Poor communication with patient. This is every time I call.

I have been trying to get a medically necessary diaper order processed for my son for three weeks, and I still have no resolution. His doctor’s office has faxed the prescription 3–4 times, and I have also provided a copy directly to Byram. I have contacted customer service through chat almost every day, yet I continue to get the same response that someone will “check” on it, with no actual resolution or explanation of what is holding up the order. I have also tried calling, but I have been unable to reach anyone. What is especially frustrating is that the repeated requests and back-and-forth are putting a strain on my son’s doctor’s office when they have already submitted the prescription multiple times. This should not take three weeks. These are necessary medical supplies, and I should not have to spend every day chasing Byram to get an order processed. I hope someone from Byram’s escalation team sees this and actually looks into Order #56704725 and gets this resolved.

They lied to my mom saying that they send the first shipment thru medicaid, she she has never had in her life, they keep kn outing her on hold like 6 minutes saying they where confirming and they never did, mom had ti ask to soeak to a supervisor who told her her medical was disconnected which was a lied. They did send the shipping a day after even thoug SUPOSEDLY THE UNSURANCE WAS DISCONNECTED.

Horrible customer service, they will try to say your return is not within the time frame and you finally get your medicare involved and they fix it them they start to hound you for payment. I would never use them out of choice. Now they are trying to get me to take out a credit card and I don't want that on my credit report.

Had me call four different phone numbers. Ea lasting between 18min to 48 min. Nothing was fixed and there screw up. Called one more time. Different lady …again. She said thier error and place order. I placed order received confirmation email with correct supplies ordered. Two weeks later received email. Some supplies on back order. Pulled up my conf email and my order history. Two items not shipped and 4 items not even on the the order history page. How can they conf they received correct order but web site now shows partial order and four of the partial not shipped. Bet I never receive one item. These guys have gotten really bad the past year. Go someplace else. Update ( after Bryan’s reply): are you kidding me. Another email and wasted time for what? To get the run around again. I’m done with Bryman!
