I've never heard of Byram Healthcare until I received a bill for $46.96 along with a notice of their change of address which says "you are being notified of this change as we received a payment from you at our former address..." but I never ordered anything from them and never paid them anything...I don't know anything about this other than how absurd it is and a likely SCAM.

What a nightmare Company why doctor insis on using them is be on me the company is incompetent when ordering most customer service reps are outsource operater, if I was you find another company if you can

They use to have excellent, mature people handling everything. The customer service and product quality was top notch. They had no trouble taking my insurance before. All of a sudden my insurance is out of network. Their first explanation made it sound like they billed the wrong company but they won't own it. The second and third tries it was just an immature response from people who don't look, talk, or write like me. No explanation, no investigation. Had to pay for supplies and the quality did not match the price. Some had to be discarded. They have gone downhill. I marked their emails as spam.

Customer service agent was rude, impatient and not knowledgeable. Why does Medicare think they are competent to handle customers? This wasn’t a minor issue. I received an email that the G7 was out of stock. Naturally, I was concerned and called right away. Agent was distracted by my call as if she was busy doing something else. More training needed.

Once again, Byram has canceled an order for CGM supplies because 'we have not received the information we requested from your doctor'. Well, that's just plain false. My doctor (who actually cares about me vs. their bottom line) has not heard from Byram...Thank goodness I'm able to begin ordering these supplies from a different vendor...

Great at selling your stuff, the worst at accepting returns!! I bought two extra boxes of catheters because they entered my medicare order wrong, they entered 1 per day for 90 days vs. three power day for 30 days I had to pay over $600 in cash to get two boxes, and I returned them within 15 days. Guideline on December 12 Now it's Jan 27, and still no money. Buy Elsewhere Also music on hold is only heavy metal, and 2 hour waits listening to horrible music sucks

The industry standards are so low. I tried using another supplier that was even worse than Byram so I continued with them for awhile. When ordering online, their system is reasonably efficient. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had difficulties with orders being handled correctly. Most recently they sent supplies I never ordered and it took 5 contacts and over an hour to receive a return label. Another 15 minutes to close the account and they implemented a process that was annoying asking for all sorts of information they have never asked for before.

Customer service sucks I feel sorry for there customers that really depend on there products as in life & death depend I had to click on 1 star otherwise they would get 0 People don’t care or listen And of course they are always right
