I absolutely love my Loftie clock. I purchased it almost 4 years ago and it has significantly improved my sleep. I no longer use my phone as my alarm. I love waking up to the peaceful sounds that the Loftie alarm offers. Loftie's alarm and app blocking features on Loftie Rest are also amazing. I recently had an issue with my Loftie clock and Loftie's customer service was excellent! They provided me with quick support and replaced my clock when the issue was unable to be resolved. I highly recommend Loftie!!

Reliable company. I bought the Loftie alarm clock and I'm very happy with it. Got a small issue with my account, customer care answers on a Sunday and was so reactive to fix my issue. Such a pleasure!

Faced an issue of product not shipping until 10 days after order, but Joymiah was very nice in compensating this time for me.

While I was disappointed that the clock stopped working so shortly after it was purchased, the employees were incredibly responsive and helpful in figuring out the issue and getting it replaced with no cost to myself.

Wrong package returned (my mistake) handled well. I sent the wrong package back to Loftie and they were able to contact the 3PL and ensure the package was sent back to me.

I have had such an outstanding experience with Loftie’s customer support - I couldn’t resist writing a review. It is indicative of the quality of the product and company leadership that they invest in support by real folks, not bots, for real customers. I am not tech savvy and we had moved and our two Lofties were paired with older locations’ Wi-Fi. This superb professional ‘’Grace’’, such an apt name, was patient, creative, thorough, and repeatedly reassured me that she understood I needed to reboot my Loftie, and not the one our adult son ‘had stolen’ and uses religiously. Through repeated emails I got updates, timelines for next steps from our son and from me, and simply made me feel heard AND appreciated as a customer. Incredible to experience. It makes me feel even more loyal to Loftie - the product and the company. In days of cost cutting, customer support is too frequently un appreciated. (As a long retired senior exec from a major global airline, I really applaud this investment. Brava Grace and bravo Loftie Leadership!
