Very happy overall
I ordered 2 waterfalls, one for myself and one as a gift. Mine came damaged, but a call to customer service and they easily sent out a replacement. Nick and Ivan in customer service were both very helpful. My only negative feedback is that it is very disappointing that each incense cone only burns for about 8 minutes. By the time the smoke makes it to the bottom of the waterfall, the cone burns out.
