I recently placed an order, and after it had processed realized I had made an error, and accidentally added an item I did not want to my cart. I called, and even though it was my error they fixed it immediately, and had processed a refund in less then 24 hours, and my items still shipped the next morning. Excellent work.

I recently ordered a waterfall inscents burner and had a few questions about the order. I was greeted by a wonderful service representative. And all my questions were answered promptly and honestly. They are very pleasant to deal with and really strive for a great customer service experience. Mary Jean was very competent and straight forward. Well what a very officiant service i ordered to of the incensewaterfall but sadly one was badly damaged in transit, so i emailed to .let the..know my disappointment i good a lovely reply fairly quickly asking for a photo which i emailed i did say i would take a replacement wnich i received in perfect condition Thanks satisfied customer H Reid 😀

I really love it once I took it out of the box...I love the color Blue is my favorite color and the vase itself is beautiful truly a blessing. I love burning incenses and the variety of them that came with my order. Plan to purchase another one in the future. Thank you, Stephanie

I placed an order through a Facebook ad & was charged more than I was anticipating. As soon I noticed I immediately send an email to contact customer service & was pleasantly surprised not only at their quick response but their eagerness to help, take responsibility for the mistake & remedy the situation almost instantly. Not only did they refund me in full in an effort to apologize they insisted I keep the products at no cost & with no strings attached several different employees emailed me back. I appreciate their honesty & understanding & recommend them to anyone who is interested. Thank you again for your immediate attention.
