I accidentally ordered too much, and they provided me with a very communicative email less than 48 hours after reaching out to them about a refund, and they promised to initiate it promptly. I am happy to reorder with my correct order after their prompt refund. They gave no pushback or hassle to the refund, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their customer service.
