I can't find my original review, which was poor. But I am impressed with the diligence of the Customer Service/Satisfaction, that not only refunded my money, for an item that I did not order, but additionally, followed with a phone call (they reached me after 3 attempts), to right a situation. So originally I rated it as a scam. I would say.....there are people in the company who do want to handle this fairly.

I ordered your waterful last night, and thought the total would be about $30, because I added your cones. It came to double that, because you do not show a running total to customers, and you are not clear about what someone actually spends when they choose an offer. Also, you throw a number of offers at someone that they were not planning to purchase. It's tiring, and you need to SHOW THEM WHAT THEY ARE SPENDING BEFORE THEY SPEND IT, because that will decrease your calls and complaints for clarity about this. That said, I spoke to a lovely lady named Lindy, who I'm sure gets her head ripped off multiple times daily because of how your website works. She "compensated my inconvenience" by sending an extra bag of cones at no charge. However, that's not the reason I am giving her this rating. She is very polite and apologetic on the phone, and very good with customers. I would give 5 stars, but for the inconvenience, but that isn't her fault, and I think this was to comment on the total experience. Lindy, however is a 5-star customer service rep, and she should get a raise for her efforts. She is not telling me to say this, so she is not in trouble. Just clarify your website and give customers running totals BEFORE they finalize their orders.

The customer service was wonderful- when I realised I had made an error with my order and emailed, it was rectified immediately with no hassles at all. Am waiting with excitement for my order to arrive 😊

I added something extra to my order but later realized I didn't want the extra items I added and customers service fixed it no problem.

at first the customer service was giving offers rather than getting to what I wanted to do, (but that's understandable because of marketing) but after, they were very understanding & apologetic about the situation and cancelled the order + gave me the refund I asked for. the representative was karyl 🙏🏻

I was overcharged at first, but then the customer lady fixed everything, and I am now satisfied.

Thee shipping department could improve on how quickly an order is processed as well as shipping. I’d hate for someone to have to wait a month for a product that should be received win a timely manner.
