Love these fountains and the cones smell delicious. I also like to thank Drew for helping me out with such courtesy on a misunderstanding with the order and then sending me a bag of cones to compensate for my mistake. Thank you Drew you are very lovely.

I purchased the waterfall incense and mistakenly hit one of the promo offers. I immediately emailed customer service, where they offered to allow me to keep the promo item at a reduced rate.
