I ordered an incense waterfall from this company. I haven’t received it yet but please be careful when purchasing from here. I would decline any offer that pops up after you agree to purchase the item you came there for because there is a shady marketing practice behind this company and I was charged 30 bucks for something i only thought I was paying 4 dollars for. The company resolved the issue and will be issuing a refund which is not too bad but the problem was annoying to have to deal with in the first place. The reps were nice but they did try to talk me into keeping the item but I understood that was her job so I wasn’t upset with the rep just the company. I probably won’t do business with them again.

As long as there's no air blowing or wind blowing in the room then the smoke will kind of work going down, but I know now why they give you so many incense or cones is because they literally last one minute and you will go through them in a day I have 300 I put one on to try it and it literally lasted one minute now I have to light another one I don't want to keep lighting cones every minute

I purchased the waterfall incense burner on line and it was advertised in Australian dollars. My receipt also says AU dollars but my credit card was charged US dollars, which is more expensive than I was lead to believe. This was misleading advertising and disappointing...... I emailed the company and explained this, requesting a refund, but they said oops sorry, we have already sent it. They were very apologetic and have offered to send me an extra bag of the incense cones as a way of making amends. I received the burner and one bag of cones today...... The burner itself is much smaller than expected, fitting into the palm of my hand. It works well, but the incense cones don't really have a nice fragrance and smell rather smoky. I will update my review if and when my extra bag of cones arrives...... so far I have not received any further details about that.

I have not received the product yet. I was going to cancel the order when I saw the final price for the extra cones. It was offrred at $3.95 per set. Based on the graphic displaying the cones it looked like the 200 cones was a set based on that there was no multiple choices to select the number of sets. The full invoice did not show the true cost until the payment info was made. The price turned out to be $39.95. Plus before I even saw the final invoice the system tried to upsell me defaulting to the most expensive FedEx shipping followed by othe relatively expensive shipping choices. Nowhere does it say how long it takes for the free shipping. It turns out that by deselelecting the shipping choices it defaults to the free shipping with no indication of a delivery time. Had your system properly showed the invoice before payment selection I could have adjusted the extra cone amount and would not have considered canceling the whole order. There also should be an indicator on the free shipping. One then can make an informed decision. Also there is the failure of your system to process my PayPal selection. I used the same Amex card to buy your products that is on my PayPal account. Because your customer service responded promptly and made an offer to assuage my issues I relented and allowed the purchase to go through. I trust that I didn't make an error. I just hope you fix the issues with your deceptive ordering system. I also hope the product works as shown.

Bought 4 as one for myself and 3 for gifts. I got the 4 boxes. I have what I bought but will see if I get charged for anything more, that I will dispute. I see the claims it is a scam and will watch for scam activity. My only real complaint is the cones seem to be 4 colors so matching one to the boxes claims of 10 different scents is a laugh.
