I was initially charged with the 200 add-on's without authorizing it. I authorized $19.99 and then when that transaction completed, I was offered 200 more cones for $39.99 and I clicked out of the screen. I was charged for them anyway. I emailed the company to complain and they apologized but still tried to get me to keep them by upselling them. I emailed back and requested my entire order be canceled (even the original) and they agreed and refunded all my money. Their ordering/billing practices were a bit shady but the customer service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Giving 4 stars for their attentiveness and willingness to make the customer happy.

I placed an order an i accidentally goofed on it but the customer service is amazing and very responsive I had no issues resolving my error on my order. I’d definitely recommend ordering from them as I will be ordering more gifts from them. Thank you for the excellent service again.

So far I am happy. I have not received my Inscents waterfall yet. However, they gave me a discount because I was considering cancelling my order after reading a bunch of bad reviews. I will write another review once I receive my incense waterfall

I would recommend this company as I had a few queries, which i emailed them about. Within no time at all I had received a email back with a good solution. I told my friends who are ordering now, & I will definitely be back to order something.

Love this. Wish it took longer to burn down. Perhaps a bigger scent cone in the future. Leaves a lingering scent. All cones smell great. Good buy. Very pleased.
