I love the product and fragrances of all the cones. However, I couldn’t get the incense to burn as shown in the advertisement so I made a comment to that affect on their page. Perfect Deals commented back on various things that could be the problem so I tried the first suggestion on lighting the cone. That turned out to be the problem, I wasn’t lighting it long enough so it would burn out sooner. Now it works perfectly! Totally love this product and all the fragrances! Very happy I bought this! Thank you!! ❤️❤️

This company is so screwed up. When I checked out extra stuff was added. I called the company at the number provided. The little lady in Hawaii answering the phone was rude and I had to stop her several times so I could speak. She offered me half price on 200 cones. I asked for a copy of the corrected invoice to be sent to me so I could review it before I approved it. She said that it would up to 24 hours. She begrudgingly sent it to me and the half price item was full price. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

In May 2021 I went in to the hospital and didn't get out until July. My family is my everything. I saw an ad for this incense waterfall and bought one for each family member to show my gratitude for their love, support and care all during that nightmare I survived. They love it. I love it and I think you will as well. Calming to watch it flow and smells great!! Outstanding customer service too. There was a shipping problem with my order and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Order with confidence. Thanks for everything Inscence Brand!! I'll be back for more.
