I had a return that I did not keep a tracking record very well for a refund. Your customer service doggedly tracked it with out having much to go by. The correspondence was prompt and friendly. The matter is resolved and I will be shopping with this company because of it. Thank you all for the incredible customer service

I ordered the waterfall burner on line, the ordering was confusing and I did not get a total until I saw my credit card bill and was shocked. I ended up paying over 75 pounds sterling. When the parcel eventually arrived, it was not packed well just wrapped in polythene and, when opened, there was no invoice or receipt or returns label or procedure. The box was battered and totally unacceptable. I have sent photos to them and asked for a refund. Weeks later I have got nowhere

I had an issue where instead of processing just the 2 fountains I ordered another 3 fountainswent through on orders I hadn'tplaced. Also the price of the additional cones was a bit misleading, like many I read they were £3.99 but looking properly at the advert they were £3.99 per scent so £39.99 in total. I emailed them and they were very polite, not only did they refund me in full very quickly but also let me keep the 2 fountains I had ordered. I would give them 5 * for how the quickly dealt with and resolved the problem, I've taken a star off for the initial problems.

Customer service was great. I rescinded my order due to a miscommunication and they were a stand up co. and gave me a full refund. Sometimes that is more important than the product itself. I would have given them a 5 * rating save for the website checkout process!

I did not receive all 10 pkgs of the incense waterfall cones that I had ordered. I called and within 1 day the company responed to my issue and immediately resolved it. I am so grateful because I needed all 10 pkgs to go with the fountains I had ordered to give for Christmas. I love the one I bought for myself. It is so nice to watch the fountain while it is burning and has a calming effect. I seem to be able to go to sleep much quicker than I did before. Thanks again for your quick response and resolution.
