I messed up on my order and actually placed 2 different orders. I contacted them immediately and they got everything refunded. I'm very impressed with their customer service. Now I'm excited to get my waterfalls!!

I am very disappointed in the company. They acted like they were helping me by sending a replacement order. Then on the 3rd, they made a $21.45 charge to my credit card. After I told then not to. I feel I have paid twice for a damaged order. I still haven't received the replacement order. Very disappointed. I have demanded they refund me.

I had an issue that needed to be resolved or I would cancel my order. Within 24-hours they replied to my email and resolved my issue, over and above what I expected. This impressed me, as a first time customer, that I have decided to keep my order and plan to order as often as I need to!!!!
