Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service with representative Hannah. I originally had some issues with my order and she took the extra step to resolve my issues. She was very patient and extremely helpful.

5 Stars for this company. Customer service people are on top of their jobs. I’ve never had such a positive experience as I’ve had with this company. You will mot regret doing business with them. Too bad 5 stars is all you can give. They deserve much more!

Fast and Friendly Service
The company was very courteous and friendly and solved my issue with ease. I was confused on a price and they made the adjustment and even offered me an additional discount. They answered my email quickly and I am very pleased with them.

Disappointing.....
I purchased the waterfall incense burner on line and it was advertised in Australian dollars. My receipt also says AU dollars but my credit card was charged US dollars, which is more expensive than I was lead to believe. This was misleading advertising and disappointing...... I emailed the company and explained this, requesting a refund, but they said oops sorry, we have already sent it. They were very apologetic and have offered to send me an extra bag of the incense cones as a way of making amends. I received the burner and one bag of cones today...... The burner itself is much smaller than expected, fitting into the palm of my hand. It works well, but the incense cones don't really have a nice fragrance and smell rather smoky. I will update my review if and when my extra bag of cones arrives...... so far I have not received any further details about that.
