Awesome customer service! I had questions about my order and they replied very quickly.

I have to give a huge shout out to Inscents waterfall for the GREAT customer service I received from them. An unexpected charge was put on my credit card by accident (on my end, not theirs). I messaged them and literally had it resolved and my CC credited back the charge with in 24 hours. They showed proof that it was on my part (again sorry guys) and they never disputed it, refused to fix it, they were 1000% percent very professional as well as polite when communicating. I am looking forward to getting mine and my sister's waterfall and I will definitely be ordering again and have already let my friends know to ignore any negative comments they may see about these guys. These are good people, honest people and people who's #1priority is to put their customers and their satisfaction 1st and foremost. Thank you again to the company as a whole, but especially to the rep that was specifically communicating with me. 100% genuine, respectful, honest and very prompt to take care of the issue. Great products and service! Very nice communication and seem very pleasant.

I have ordered two fountains and they're both beautiful. The cones don't burn for very long (maybe 10 minutes or so) but the smell stays for a long time. I love all of the scents and I'm glad I have so many cones. The only problem I had was I didn't receive part of my order. However I contacted support and they assured me I'll be sent them promptly!

I would like to say that this company has been so helpful when I contacted them regarding the cones, they went above and behind and did not once criticise or deny my concern. The person I was in contact with was very helpful, they was quick to respond and was only ever helpful, amazing customer service. I feel a lot of the big companies could learn from this as I felt valued as a customer and not penalised for reporting something. Great company will deffo be recommending to friends.
