I have recently purchased three incense burners from Buyincensewaterfall. When my package arrived the incense cones were missing. I emailed the company and they were very apologetic and will be sending cones out to me without any fuss. All I was asked was a photo of the package label. The burners look beautiful and I can't wait to receive the cones. A massive thank you to the company for their speedy response!

I purchased 3 Waterfalls along with 3 packs of scent cones. Unfortunately when I opened the shipment, there were only 2 Waterfalls. I sent an email to customer service along with a photo of the contents of the package and the order form. They responded the next day and I received the rest if my order along with a bonus pack of scents within 5 days! This company is very responsive to customers. Will definitely be purchasing more from them. Customer service is awesome!! These were purchased as gifts, so I can’t comment on the product, but I did open one box and it is beautiful!

Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I appreciate their efforts and am extremely happy with the results.

When ordering the waterfall I had one trouble spot. But, after reaching out the company quickly corrected the problem.

Even know my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate the sending address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop...
