Excellent driver - very professional. Clean bus, comfortable seats. Simply just a great relaxing ride all the way thru. I highly recommend the Passaic Valley Bus Company to the Northeast NJ area people, and your services as well.

We have used BusBank for the last 4 or 5 years for an annual trip. They have been wonderful to work with. Drivers were pleasant and professional and the company was fair with their pricing.

We have used theBus Bank now for many, many years! Our special needs swim team takes a travel trip every year and the Bank Bank has always gone beyond the call when serving all of our needs! I would highly recommend them.

This was the third time using Busbank for an outing we had. The first time was awful (no ac or radio on the bus as well as no light or toilet paper in the washroom) But after expressing my complaints they assured me that the situation would never happen again. So I booked a second trip with them and everything was perfect. We just recently used them again for a third time and it was a flashback to the first time with all the issues. I understand that it is only April but when there are 53 bodies on a bus with no opened windows it gets rather warm pretty quickly. The ac did not work and there was no working radio again. I have another trip coming up in September that I need to book a bus for and unless I can be guaranteed there will be no issues this time around, I will be using another company. At this point, I feel a discounted rate is called for as well.

Hi Doug, Oh no, I am so sorry to hear our service did not live up to your expectation. Thanks for letting us know about this and we will do everything we can to prevent this in the future. Can you please email your sales executive with the date of your future service so can offer a credit and make sure this does not happen again. Thank you. Sincerely, The BusBank Customer Service Team

All went well without any hiccups once I contacted them. Timely follow ups would have been nice.

Thank you so much for taking us to NYC! There are a few concerns that we had with the trip. 1.) The drivers did not get along and often argued in front of us. 2.) When asked to take bathroom breaks, they seemed confused and unenthusiastic about stopping. (this was included in itinerary) 3.) We were a two bus trip and one bus decided to take a different route than the other without communicating that decision. 4.) One of the drivers brought his wife, claiming she was a relief driver but she never drove and slept the whole time, Taking up a seat one of our students should have had. 5.) Lied about issues with the buses so they could stop for coffee and food at a 7/11
