I was maid of honor for this wedding. The bride has already e-mailed the company, but I wanted to make sure to leave a public review. The first stop of the day was for the shuttle driver to transport the bride from the hotel to the photo location. That was the first thing he had to do. We were running about 10 minutes late with hair and makeup. When we got her downstairs the driver had already left. No phone call, no checking, nothing. The bride called him and he said he had a schedule the stick too, hence his leaving. The driver had one job--drive the bride to the photos, and he left with an empty bus, without her, because he needed to stick to schedule. I had to get the bride and her huge dress into my compact car to drive her to the photo shoot. When we did get her on the bus for the return trip The bus was filthy. Like, seriously dirty. On a subsequent trip, when the groom sat down, his seat back was broken and collapsed into the guest behind him. Additionally the bride said the bus provided didn't match the photos she was sent with the quote. This was basically a school bus, but she was expecting a 24 person mini-coach. Last but not least--the driver was rude. While the bride was having her photos done I went and found the bus driver to make sure he didn't leave without her again. There was no apology. Then when the bride went to ask him why he left, there was no apology. He complained that we were late for the schedule. She said we were trying to stick to it, and he responded that 'it didn't look like it'. I was floored. I couldn't believe he spoke to her that way.

This was such a great experience! Driver showed up on time and was more than accommodating! Vehicle was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our day!

I don't actually know where to start with how fantastic this company was to work with. When I first started trying to book a bus for my wedding I met several dead ends and was starting to stress that I wouldn't be able to transport my people from venue to hotel safely. Busbank was easy to work with, accommodating, and slightly less or on pare with other vendors of this sort. I originally thought I could save money and only rent one bus and then realized at the last minute I lived in an alternate reality and that would be a disaster. Thankfully, Busbank was able to give me another bus with no questions asked less than a week before my wedding. I don't have enough good things to say about this company. They were hassle free, reliable, and affordable! I

I found the staff very helpful and cordial in booking the bus, and the process went very smoothly. The street the bus was supposed to pick us up on was closed off that morning, and the driver called us to arrange an alternate location. Good price, good experience!
