This was the first time I booked a charter bus and Philip was amazing. We needed 3 different pick up locations with 3 different pick up times and for all of the charters to arrive at the same time. We were able to book with a months notice and payment was easy. There were just a couple issues. One of the charters had a tv that didn't work at all and another that was intermittent. Another charter arrived late due to traffic, but it was fleet week in San Francisco. The bus drivers were very flexible when it came to rest stops and helpful when it came to loading and unloading the bus. I'd use busbank again in the future!

I used busbank for my wedding. We needed to have all of our guests meet the buses and then shuttle them to a softball field, wait for us during the ceremony, and then drop us off at our final destination for brunch. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier to set up and coordinate with the agents on the phone, they were very receptive and put me at ease. Buses were on time and I couldn't be happier with their service. Not to mention the big yellow school buses we used were an adorable novelty that we and our guests loved. All around smooth and easy and so reliable. Highly recommended!!

Will definitely use BusBank in the future!

The trip was great! Last minute, I realized that the bus was WIFI compatible. It would have been appreciated if our driver had mentioned it at some point of our trip. We also had a slight problem with the USB ports, and that we had no power going to our phones to charge on the way to and from. We had a moment of charge, but it had cut out randomly and didn't come back. But all in all, our driver was nice and professional.

AOH Bus Trip We had a great time on our recent bus trip to Atlantic City. Our driver Larry was very professional and the bus was excellent. It was a new bus less than 8 months old and was one of the most comfortable buses I've ever been in. On time and very clean. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a bus for their group.

Easy to book, on time and friendly drivers. Add to that the nice vehicles and it's the whole package!

The company is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. the company is good, on time and are really professional. Love working with the company very accommodating!

Got screwed at the last minute by a different bus company (Prompt Charters) and was scrambling to find a replacement for a trip I had planned for my fraternity. Found BusBank, and the customer service was incredible! Helped me out with getting a bus, very quick to respond to emails and were very helpful in general. Also gave a better price than the previous company. Rudy Ortiz was especially helpful, thank you so much and I would definitely recommend BusBank to anyone.
