I communicated very clear and precise instructions for the itinerary. The guy I was emailing back and forth with would respond to the wrong emails and seem really confused. I thought it was cleared up the day BEFORE (stressful) before the wedding. However, our driver was still confused, my sister reexplained exactly where and when she needed to be somewhere (there were only 3 locations and all only 1.4 miles a part). When the driver picked up our guests from the church to take to the reception, she was still confused and they had to tell her directions. Luckily, I did not know this until a month after the wedding, but that is very concerning. There needs to be a better system of communication and clearly printing out the directions/itinerary for the driver is a must. The positive is the bus arrived early to pick us up to go to the church.

Early-on, I worked with Scott. He was readily available, listened to my needs, and guided me through the process of communicating the bus schedule needs for my group. As the trip dates neared, I worked with others at BusBank who were able to step-in seamlessly and make minor adjustments as our itinerary was finalized. Thanks so much for your help!

Amazing experience. Bus showed up on time, the driver was very friendly, and it was easy to get from one place to the next. Highly recommend. Staff was always willing to help when I had a questions bedore the date.

The driver and ride were great! However, the bathroom stinks and the handle didn't work, so a rider got stuck in there for a minute.

They were very late to pick our group up, over an hour! causing us to miss our dinner reservation. On the return trip, our bus nearly broke down and we had to stop on the highway for our bus driver to check out the problem. We then had to switch busses causing us to be over an hour late home!! During our round-trip service, we were over an hour late both ways which is very unacceptable

I had a fantastic experience with BusBank. Firstly, Dan Weed was extremely helpful on the phone!! He helped plan for the size of bus and was always friendly and available for phone / email questions. On the day of, the bus driver was very kind and accommodating. We had BusBank after hours phone numbers for any questions on the weekend and the contact info for the driver. The bus was very professional looking and all guests had a wonderful and safe trips.
