The only problem we had was that one of the Coaches went to the wrong address. Turns out that it was my fault - I had given them an old address. The fun part was that I noticed when our driver started to take the wrong exit and corrected him so we went to the proper facility. The owners of the company we were going to were on the other bus and were clueless as to the error!

Great service but the driver was trying to insist the passengers pay for parking when they arrived in DC. My son called me and I informed me of such and I advised him not to pay

The buses were not there at the scheduled time, leading to an unsafe situation where our guests had to wait in cold weather on the side of the road. Upon calling, they only offered unsatisfying excuses. Would not recommend.

Good experience with the service. Driver was on time and friendly. They did charge us for one hour overtime for reasons out of our control but quickly removed those charges when we asked about it. Over all good experience.
