The bus driver was very prompt, and courteous. The bus was clean and comfortable. The company was very efficient, always got back to me quickly and the entire experience was excellent.

We have used BusBank numerous times over the years. It seems like the cost is increasing more than expected. We have had some amazing drivers and some that seem annoyed with us.

I booked a bus for a corporate event and Busbank took great care of my groups needs. We had to changed the drop off and pick up a few times which i am sure was annoying but all the changes were taken care of swiftly and without issue. I highly recommend Busbank for your bus related needs.

Busbank was not very communicative about a change in service due to their vendor changing plans. This led to us scrambling the day of our event to work around this change. I have previously not had problems with Busbank or my Busbank representative but this will certainly have me looking more seriously at other vendors for future events.

We had some changes while booking our buses and BusBank was VERY flexible and very understanding of this. They were on time, the buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. If we need busing again in the future, we will be booking with BusBank!

We saved so much money using BusBank for transportation during our community service day. They were communicative, and they were flexible with some time changes a couple days leading up to our event. We will definitely use them again.

Busbank was great to work with. From my account rep David, to working with people on the accounts payable side, everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were great about getting back to me on any questions I had (and I had a lot), and were very flexible with my needs. Their prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!
