Superb. I hired Busbank to transport the out-of-town guests for my daughter's wedding. I was very nervous because I wasn't going to be at the hotel when the bus was supposed to pick up the guests as I already needed to be at the wedding venue. Everything from the request for proposal, to the scheduling of the bus, payment, confirmation, etc. was handled flawlessly through the automated system. Can't recommend this vendor enough!!

I traveled to NYC with 50 college students and needed to get them all over the city within 4 days. BusBank was perfect for our group. Every bus was clean and the drivers were wonderful to work with. Always on time - and in most cases early! We never had to worry about being late.

After another bus company fell through, we connected with BusBank within days of our trip for our high school youth program. Although we were only traveling 40 minutes round trip the students were so excited to get to ride a charter bus! It also meant our student who needed an accessible option could ride along with their peers instead of in a separate vehicle! Our drive William was so pleasant and helpful.
