I was given BusBank's contact info to use for a school trip and could not of been more glad I got it. Our driver, Carlos was amazing! The fees were competitive with other companies and overall service was great. I am planning to use them and recommend them again in the future.

This was our first time using this company and overall it was a great experience. Going to our conference, the driver was on time but the only thing that caused a minor delay was the driver hitting a gate when picking up the second group that was sharing the bus with us. We were still able to travel using the same bus, but we had to wait until he talked to his supervisor in regards to the accident. We still made it to our conference on time and everyone was safe. The bus picking us up from our conference was about 30 minutes late. He did call me to let me know ahead of time, but it still would have been nice to have been picked up on time. Both drivers were nice and friendly and I would probably use this company again for future trips.

Another great student trip completed with the help of BusBank. We booked 5 different charters (East and West coasts) as part of recent groupo trip. The drivers were on time, courteous and very helpful. The reservation system was easy to use and the communication from Bus Bank was timely and convenient. Philip May in particular has always been a big help in arranging our trip needs. Getting the contact info of the drivers well in advance is a nice service and makes the connections much easier to handle.

We recently used BusBank services for three different activities. Two of the activities went very well (those conducted in Florida) however, the one in Denver was a disappointment. On one of the days the bus was over a half hour late. When we called the driver, he told us he would be there in 10 minutes but then called back and said it would be over 15 minutes since there was an issue with the bus. I believe the driver should have called us and told us there was an issue with the bus versus us calling him when he was already delayed.

The bus interior was much nicer than the one advertised in my trips itinerary. The seats were a comfortable leather, there were phone charging ports at ever seat and the bus had those nighttime party lights. The storage in back was more than enough room for my trips needs. But the bus Driver stole the show ! He was hilarious, with great energy. He even tried to negotiate a cheaper entry price with the events security for our group. Ofcourse this didn’t work but it gave my group a good laugh nonetheless. 5 stars all around for bus bank.

We used busbank for our wedding (school buses for guests and a nicer bus for the wedding party) and everything was seamless!
