The Bus service is great! Juan is a real treat as a driver, he knows NYC so well to get us to our destination fast and efficiently. Kayla on the inside is so responsive and does a great job helping us out in every way possible.

We used BusBank to get to and from our company offsite. Using them was an incredible, hassle-free experience from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating. The bus was clean (very important!), and Juan was an incredible driver!

We had 3 school buses, one for each day, to transport our women's church group to conferences at 3 locations over a 3 day period. Each day we had a different driver and they each were AMAZING! They were faced with a challenge that the majority of our ladies spoke only Ukrainian! The drivers were very pleasant and courteous. The company has great admin coordination, Kayla was our contact. She was on point with communication and absolutely no hassle. We did have to call the after hours number and got great service. Since language was going to be an issue, we had an off site contact if there were any problems and the fact that we had the drivers names and cell phone contact made everything easier. All the attendees said they had a positive experience and loved the drivers! We will definitely keep this company at the top of our list for future events!!
