BusBankReviews of busbank.com

I used Busbank for a corporate event shuttle service all week long. They were always on time and very communicative. I even had a few schedule changes and they didn't bat an eye. Great charter service that will be on top of my list for future events.

We recently had a holiday party that was a distance from our main office. Our driver Michael Mao was awesome! On time and flexible with the changing schedule that was part of our day. My only small complaint was I tried to call to ask for an extension in the time we had the bus, and I couldn't get a person on the phone. I had to leave several messages and then Michael called the office to get a direct line for me to call. But once I was able to speak to someone at the office, she was accommodating, kind, and professional. All in all, a very positive experience. Should the need arise, I will definitely use BusBank again.

Perfect ride for our holiday party. NYC traffic is crazy but our driver transported our employees to and from our party with no issues at all, and as a matter of fact, they had a great time on the bus! Booking was a breeze, communication was great, and we are so happy, they are our go to bus company for sure!

We used BusBank for our company holiday party this year. We would definitely use them again. They were prompt, the drivers were very nice and the buses were clean.

BusBank is very reliable! I have used them for two semesters now when I plan my University functions located in DC. The bus drivers have arrived early so that we could be on time. The representatives I talked to as well had made booking transportation very smooth and financially feasible. I definitely recommend!

Great experience, easy to book, driver was right on time and very responsive when I called to confirm. Would definitely recommend!

Our bus driver MIke was great, he was friendly, helpful and prompt. The bus was well kept and in good shape.

So easy to work with and very easy communication! Would definitely use again :)
