I was able to be assisted in a timely manner, and each of my problems was solved. The solutions were solved due to the state in which I was moving to since the state does not allow service fees, but the people were so kind and were happy to help solve the problems. They also gave me my first month for free, and answered each of my phone calls.

Hello, My name is Sydney Ziegler, and I am contacting you regarding a debt collection notice from Sequium on behalf of Bungalow for a property I never occupied and for a lease that was terminated. Last August, I signed a lease with Bungalow. Shortly after signing, I was informed by a current tenant that one of the roommates had previously been arrested on assault charges—information that Bungalow was aware of prior to approving my lease. This is a clear violation of Colorado tenant safety laws, and I remain within my rights to pursue legal action. Upon learning this, I immediately contacted Bungalow and communicated with Claudio Brocato in the leasing department via phone, text, and email. Claudio confirmed that I would be released from the lease and would not be held financially responsible. I was subsequently moved to another property, but that lease was also terminated due to basement flooding and concealment of property issues by Bungalow, as reported by current tenants. Let me be very clear, I never took possession of either property. I never accepted keys to either property. I never even went into the room or house of either property. Despite these facts, I have now received a debt collection notice implying I am financially liable for damages to the room that occurred sometime in this last year WHEN THE ROOM WAS NOT LEASED TO ME. I have already sent multiple emails to Bungalow explaining the situation and identifying the appropriate contacts to resolve this matter. They have not solved this at all despite that. IF YOU CARE ABOUR YOUR SAFETY AND CREDIT DO NOT RENT FROM BUNGALOW.

Bungalow's operation is very opaque. They use the convenience of their application process to veil a remote management practice that profits through the use of micro-transactions. They attempt to charge you for services not listed in their lease agreements, and their customer support is very slow to respond once you've signed a lease. Be very careful with this company. I've been able to keep them accountable only by keeping detailed records of all of our written and spoken conversations.

I have a had a terrible experience with this company. A lot of the negative reviews here are accurate. I moved in about a month ago and the room was filthy. I had to spend several days cleaning it out to make it livable. There was dust, cat hair, and junk all over the place. The kitchen was disgusting. The stove was covered in grease and dried food, the floor has dirt and mud all over it, and the fridge was awful. Their digital systems are terrible. The app and mobile versions don't work on an Android phone so you can't vet roommates or place maintenance requests unless you're on a desktop. You get constant OOO emails from their team. You pay a $200 service fee that is supposed to cover common area furnishings, but they don't repair or replace any of it. Our furniture has been broken and covered in stains for a few years! Despite numerous requests to fix it, they have taken no action. Our wifi was out for several days because they hadn't paid the bill for two months. Their customer agents are responsive, but they don't actually get anything done or move anything forward. The cleaning service only comes once a month and does a very superficial job. It's a terrible company and I would not recommend it.

On March 29, 2025, I paid Bungalow Living Property Management, Inc. a $2,120.00 security deposit for 2642 Castello Way, Santa Clara, CA. Before moving in, my lease was transferred to another tenant. I am owed the full deposit plus $820.65 in prorated rent from the transfer, totaling $2,940.65. Despite multiple requests, no funds or accounting have been provided within the 21 days required by California Civil Code §1950.5.

Scumbag company, started at 750 all included with previous company lease takeover, now I pay 1100 monthly. If you rent with them, run.

I'm fairly certain its a phishing scam. They'll scan my ID and documents, and say Success! You've been Verified! ...then I click to "contact rental" and it says "You need to Verify your Identity! Scan your documents." (even though I just did, and it was approved) ... its a never ending loop. I reached out for support and they suggest I turn my phone Off and On. Ha! That didn't work obviously - it's an issue with their site, not my phone. It doesn't work on desktop OR phone, so I genuinely don't know if any of the listings are real and they're just gathering data and documents to sell. Idk what their deal is, but safe or not, Bungalow.com wasted my time.
