Hi Cory! We're thrilled to hear that your "maligator" is enjoying the box and, even better, hasn't managed to destroy the toys yet! Strong, durable toys is exactly what we strive for. We appreciate you being a part of the Bullymake pack!

We have an American Bully that can tear apart any toy we’ve bought him! The bullymake toys have outlasted any store bought so far! We have 3 pups so they’re loving the treats that come with them as well!

Hi Chandra! It is great to hear that your American Bully is enjoying the toys and withstanding the test of his power chewing. That is exactly what we strive for. We can't wait to keep the toy and treats coming in your next box!

We love that there are REAL ingredients in the treats. And so far our pup is a fan of the ones that we have opened. The rubber strawberry treat hider is fantastic and he loves to play around with it even when there are no treats hidden inside. As for the nylon chew, he does love it, however I am not a huge fan on how quickly he was able to get it to start crumbling tiny pieces off of it. We def monitor him while he is chewing on it. I will try to sand it down to see if that helps. This was out first box so I am excited to see what is in the next one!

Hi there! We’re thrilled to hear that your pup is loving the treats and enjoying the toys. Supervised chewing is definitely the right approach when it comes to our beloved pets and their toys. If you determine the nylon toys are not the right fit for your pup, you can customize your toy options here https://bullymake.com/customer_authentication/login?return_to=%2Fapps%2Fsubscriptions%2Fmanage. We look forward to keeping the excitement coming in your next box!

Hi there! We’re so glad to hear your pup enjoyed the treats and is loving the pee chew toy. Every dog has their own toy preferences, so it’s completely normal for some toys to become favorites over others—and it sounds like the pull rope was a big hit! Keep in mind, you can customize your box at any time to suit your furry friends' preferences! If you need help, feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected].

Hi Irence! We love hearing that Tuffy is still enjoying toys from her first box and is just as excited about her new ones. Pleasing the pet and pet parents we serve is exactly what we aim to do.

Dog destroyed all the toys within hours. A couple within minutes. Not worth the hype.
Response from BULLYMAKEMay 26, 2026
Hi Jenn! We’re sorry to hear the toys didn’t hold up for your dog—that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Some dogs have especially intense chew styles, and while we design our products for power chewers, we understand that not every toy is the right fit for every pup. We’d love the opportunity to help by reviewing your account and discussing customization options or our replacement policy to better match your dog’s chewing habits. Please reach out to our customer service team [email protected] and we'd be happy to help!
