DO NOT BUY!!! I truly wish i could give negative stars. Deceptive Practices and Terrible Product Quality!!! I am incredibly frustrated with my experience with Bullymake and feel compelled to warn other pet parents. I have ordered from this company in the past and mistakenly trusted them enough to sign up for a 12-month auto-shipment plan. That was a massive mistake.Due to unexpected moving and address issues, I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. Instead of being helpful, they slapped me with a ridiculous "cancellation fee." Holding customers hostage with hidden fees when life circumstances change is a terrible, predatory business practice.To make matters worse, the box is simply not worth the hassle. They market these toys for "power chewers," but they are total garbage. My dog destroyed them almost immediately, posing a serious safety hazard. On top of that, the treats are a joke—my dog refuses to even touch them.Save your money, avoid the subscription trap, and buy your dog toys from a company that actually cares about its customers. Im absolutely disgusted.
