Hi Bailey! We’re so happy to hear your pup is loving both the treats and toys! It’s great to know the nylon toy is holding up well and helping keep his teeth busy. That’s exactly the kind of variety we aim for, especially for high-energy breeds like pit bulls who need both durability and engagement. We are sorry to hear that the rubber toy did not withstand your Pit Bull's test. Feel free to reach out to our support team for a replacement! [email protected]

Hi there! We’re sorry the soft shark didn’t hold up to your puppy’s strength. It definitely sounds like she needs our rubber and nylon toys, with his power chewing. While we do design our toys to be tougher than standard retail toys, we know every dog plays differently, and some pups can still work through softer styles very quickly. We’re really glad to hear the replacement rubber ball has been a big hit and is holding up well so far—that’s exactly the kind of durability we aim for with our tougher toy options. It’s also great to hear she’s enjoying the treats! We truly appreciate your patience with the initial issue and are happy your experience has turned positive. We look forward to keeping your pup stocked with strong, engaging toys she loves
