Very bad customer service! Especially when I informed them that after two boxes my dog didn’t play with ANYTHING and I got the 4 toy box and got one of each toy. They kept trying to sell me on more and the only “compromise” they could come up with instead of canceling the damn thing was to take even more money from me! I’m so angry! Taking this to BBB!

Terrible customer service. Even worse items in the boxes. My dog is a 70-pound red heeler and he has destroyed all toys hes gotten from his boxes within 30 minutes (aside from nylon toys). Absolutely ridiculous to advertise as tough toys for power chewers... Might be able to get away with it if all your customer's dogs were 20 pounds and under. Would not recommend at all for dogs above this weight.

The nylon toys seemed to hold up ok for a while, but in about a week, my dogs had pieces chewed off of them and had to be taken away. The pull toys were a total disaster. Took my dogs literally about 10 - 15 minutes to tear them apart. Now BullyMake will make good on their guarantee to replace them, but who wants to keep going back and forth. Quality VS price, just is not there.

Where do I begin? This company sucks and the ability to review them on their website is only available for 5 star reviews and if I could give them 0 stars I would. Trying to cancel my subscription after the loss of my dog was brutal. All they wanted to do was get me to continue my subscription even though I no longer have a dog. Then they attempted to charge my account twice after I had canceled my subscription. No customer care. No condolences for the loss of my dog just wanting that last subscription fee from me. This company is shady and has no customer service support. I am canceling my card because it's obvious that they continue to hold your card information on file even after you have canceled your account. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. These toys are supposed to be good for dogs that like to chew. We had to take our pup to the emergency vet after he was able to get the rope toy apart and swallow it. It had caused a bowel obstruction, he had to have emergency surgery and it cost us over $4k for that. Definitely not worth it.

The customer service is horrible!!! My card got charged for an order I didn't even place. My account was Inactive and they did absolutely nothing about it. I ordered 1 box and was not impressed.....toys don't even hold up like they claim. Don't waste your time or money with this company....the absolutely suck!!

Horrible customer service. Trying to do everything in their power so I will not cancel. I had to have my credit card canceled.

Ordered my first BULLYMAKE box and was excited to see how the toys held up. The rubber keg was half gone in 2 hrs and completely destroyed in less than 24 hrs. The hard plastic toy was no interest from my dogs. It was incredibly hard plastic with no incentive to chew on it. The treats were great but not worth ordering the box for treats only.
