I tried to cancel my subscription and they made it very difficult sending an email wanting to put my orders on hold. Just how many times do I have to cancel. Then they sent another box and charged me for it. Not a satisfied customer. Stay away.

Company's business practices are criminal
This company does not allow you to cancel your subscription from your account. You have to email them to cancel. When you request cancellation, they have a long drawn out process. In the meantime, your card continues to be charged. This is a criminal way of doing business. They need to be stopped.

bully make needs to be sued
Same as the other reviews, I was not able to cancel my subscription, the only way I was able to cancel was by threatening to take legal action. They were then magically able to cancel my subscription, I had to pay a 28$ cancelation fee but that’s better than 6 months of 31$ payments. Still shady business model and horrible customer service. But my advice if u can’t cancel is to threaten to take legal action and not give up on the emails. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people. Not to mention signing up for the subscription doesn’t mean paying ahead of time, so there should be no valid reason they can’t cancel it for free just like every other subscription service on the planet. There is also no mention of there cancelation policy when signing up.

12 month “subscription” keeps getting…
12 month “subscription” keeps getting pushed off and off and they need 12 payments before I can even cancel. You can’t even get number to call and you only get customer service via email. What a headache and even if you don’t have a dog anymore you still can’t cancel and or get a refund. I don’t recommend at all. This has been the worse experience and all they do is take your money.

THIS IS BULL----
THIS IS BULL----! if there was a "less than 1 star rating" I would give it! I literally had to send this email after being told I am "committed" and cannot cancel my subscription:
Noemi,
My experience can be enhanced by canceling my subscription. In the meantime, please do NOT send any treats or Hip & Joint treats. He does not like any of it and it is being wasted. Instead, I would like the extra toys. Your website says toys can be substituted for treats. It does not say anything about an extra charge which is misleading. I am going to write a google review about all of this. I understand what I signed up for but my dog is not liking it. What about the guaranteed part? At least I am not demanding my money back, etc… I also read the legal agreement which states a subscription can be canceled with no refund. I don’t want to go to extreme measures; however, I am becoming more angry with this whole experience. Please forward my email to your supervisor, the owner, or whomever can resolve this issue. I am extremely unhappy and DO have the means to take this through legal means!
Please, please, please do not use this company! Whomever writes good things is being paid to do so.

Save your money
The toys are not any tougher than what you find in your local Walmart or Petco. I was also disappointed that after my first box I couldn’t cancel my subscription. So I am on the hook for 6 months of crappy toys at $35 a box.

I signed up for a one-month trial box
I signed up for a one-month trial box, paying $5 extra for toys, no treats. The on-line form said clearly "1-month subscription." When I went back to the website I saw that they planned on charging me ("Next payment February 25th") -- not for a single month, but monthly! After repeatedly trying to contact them, I finally got someone of Facebook to answer, who then cancelled and deleted everything, it appeared. Which led to more confusion: would they keep my money after canceling the order???
So I emailed and got a response. The package is being shipped and I have tracking information now. They ARE tough to reach. But the customer service I (finally) received via email has actually been quite good.
EDIT: Order received. I'd gotten another text saying I was still subscribed. That took another email flurry; no, I'm not. So one of the toys received is near-tolerable, but only if the dog is closely watched. One toy, the 'durable' soft toy, was apart in three minutes with stuffing (and arms) everywhere. Another, the hard plastic one they pawn off as a chew toy, had chips out of it within minutes, as well. The toy with the fine print requiring supervision is a ballistic-material circle with crinkle stuffing in it. Yes, ballistic material falls apart under dog teeth. The only good toy is the Kong-like hard rubbery multi-sided 'ball' with food and treat holes in it. So for $39 I got a Kong (-like toy). NOT impressed.

Not a Good Experience
I received the first box in December. Within 12 minutes, the plush toy had numerous holes. The second toy was extremely chewed up and the rope lasted almost 3 weeks. I have a mastiff/boxer/pit mix who is a massive chewer which is why I chose this company. I contacted the company and they were willing to replace the plush toy. I cancelled my subscription which was a 1 month plan for $45 and was then charged for a second box 4 days after my cancellation was confirmed. The new box had not been shipped until after the cancellation according to emails. Reps responded quickly to my emails, however, a new box and charge was incurred. Not a company I would recommend not only because the toys did not last but how difficult it has been to stop the subscription.
