Is it possible me to give 0 stars? This company markets to strong chewers yet it doesn't hold a candle to competitors. I've been told there is no way to cancel my sub even though they are completely inappropriate for strong chewers and falsely advertised. This month after just last month telling them their toys aren't strong enough for our boy, they decided to send us a plush toy with a choking hazard core that I had to pull out of his throat and another toy that's way to small for his size and breed despite him having an active profile for a super chewer. I cannot wait to end our relationship with this company. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Bark! They have better customer service and a better product in all. I'm very disappointed with the service we've received at Bullybox.

Unfortunately I was required to leave at least 1 star. I ordered a subscription for my sons dog for Christmas. The first shipment and charge was December 15. Figured it would possibly arrive for Christmas so I could wrap it. Well it is now April 16, the December shipment is En Route, the January shipment is En Route, I did receive the February shipment amazingly enough, March.....En Route and April shipped on the 14th and I have no expectation of receiving it. The toys I did receive for a $55 subscription were less than impressive. All in all I have paid over $200 and received one lousy shipment. I have reached out to them, will see if their customer service is remotely decent.

Much like everyone else, never singed up for continuous subscription- made one single purchase, never auto subscribed. When I saw a purchase for $55 (yes…$55!!!) for a box that includes sub quality toys (dog destroyed the plushy and didn’t like the treats) I about lost it. Asked why I was being charged so much and that I wanted to cancel - got an offer to keep it every other month. Asked to cancel again, and they finally did. However, there isn’t anything that sits right with me because I’m very diligent with my money and I would never ever pay $55 for any dog box - even if it was great! I never signed up for this, and I can assure anyone that there was no listed price for future orders because I’d have had a heart attack then. Very scammy to treat customers this way. If we do go back to subscription boxes, super chewer ALL the way.

Sadly, I’ve been looking really forward to finally being able to get this for my pup. However, she was uninterested in all of the hard nasty unappealing treats. The indestructible stuffie was destroyed,in under five minutes and the chew toy she wanted nothing to do with at all it had only been a week or so I don’t even think seven days so I asked to cancel my account they told me absolutely not that they will not send the boxes but still charge me Until my subscription months are up which is baffling to me because it’s literally my first box it’s paid for. I offered to pay the difference for what it would be if without a subscription but if customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed and me and the dog are both unsatisfied off the first box why should I go spend 80 more dollars onto more Biggest waste of money ever person in the world is Mito the employee that i had to email bc no phone Number they claim to offer live on line chat but really you email bc chat is never available and they get to you when they can i think its nothing more than a disappointing rip off rather go with bark box and let them use my vids without consent this company is a joke bought subscription on 3/28 and complained as soon as i could given the fact you have to email live chat and wait for them to email back.

As far as durability with a pitbul, the nylon toys are very durable, the ropes are durable just not long enough, the plushies are NOT durable, neither are the rubber puzzles or the balístic toys. Wish every single toy was durable bc my pitbul loves plushies he just destroys them in a few mins.

Absolutely echo the sentiment of every other review here. Canceled in October, They continuously tried to charge my card going forward. When I reached out to them I was told I had a subscription until August and that canceling would only stop it from renewing in August, no thank you. Absolutely horrendous company do not buy do not.

I tried canceling this service two years ago and was assured it had been canceled after all this hassle about putting the account on hold. I told them NO, I wanted to cancel the subscription. I thought I finally got my point across and was assured it had been taken care so I never went back and checked my credit card. LOW AND BEHOLD I just happened to open a statement, and two years later, I am still being charged. I made a huge stink, and the lady said, "Well, ma'am, it has been canceled. Now, have a nice day. SO HELP ME. IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER CHARGE, I WILL BE REPORTING BULLYBOX!!!!!

Hello, I was so excited to try the Bully Make Box for my 80# American Bully and I finally ordered one. He needed some new enrichment and toys because we had two of our senior dogs both pass away within a week's time unexpectedly and I wanted to get him a cool present to keep him occupied. I've seen and heard so many great things about the boxes so even though I work in the pet industry and manage a store where I can get him toys, I still opted for the box to see if the tough toys would live up to all the hype. That being said, as a dog owner and pet store manager who has tested out every toy on the market, I know that NO TOY IS INDESTRUCTIBLE. The items that came in my box other than the rubber barrel which he did like were stuff I wouldn't sell to a customer with a small, gentle dog. A lamb chop toy? A tiny nylon tug for my 80# dog that destroyed in one second? And a totally non durable stuffed leprechaun toy. I'm sorry but I cannot tell you how unbelievably disappointed I was to see this. I mean the barrell is fun and all but I certainly wouldn't have paid $30 just for that under any circumstances. The tough chewer toys we get from Bark are way more durable than what was sent in this package. I'm a reasonable dog owner with reasonable expectations and I completely understand that my dog's size and strength make him a tough candidate for really durable toys but I have to say you really need to do better. I wouldn't have knowingly paid for this box for my 12# terrier (she had the Lampchop ripped up in seconds as well). I'm not one to write reviews often because again, reasonable expectations for my pets but this was truly disappointing. I hope you will consider putting some actually even slightly more durable products into your boxes in the future to avoid disappointing other customers. I feel like I was duped by all the social media posts showing tough dogs chewing tough toys.
