RUN, RUN RUN!!!Lost several hundred dollar ordering from this company. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. All the beeswax pellets were burned! Horrific smell and ruined a big batch of my salves! SENT AND CHARGED ME FOR STUFF I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER!! Shipping was outrageous then I was hit again with a hefty customs charge. The shipping was well over $300.00 for $278.00 worth of their rotten products. Add another couple hundred dollars on top of that for the exchange rate, ridiculous.1st and last time I ever buy from them. Run!!!

We purchased several hundred clearance bath bombs which appeared to be a great deal at the time. Upon arrival, the bath bombs did not match the photos in the slightest, used different ingredients than any of their other bath bombs, were clumpy and mis-shaped, and were extremely powdery, despite the fact they were wrapped in cellophane. We requested a refund/return and were told due to the items being clearance, a return could not be accepted. The product page for the item does not state anything about no returns, and we were told they only place on the website where it states that clearance is non-returnable is in the fine print on the return policy page. Our order was also missing items, and many incorrect items were shipped in their place. We also ordered "Natural Potpourri" but the actual product received was artificially colored. This will be our last order from Bulk Apothecary, despite many years of doing business with them. Many of their bath bombs can be purchased from companies like Made Natural for a fraction of the price, with the same names, colors, and ingredients, and with free shipping. I am now our hundreds of dollars and have product that cannot be sold because the quality is so poor it would tarnish my brand. If Bulk Apothecary would have owned up to their misleading website information and accepted a return, all of this would have been avoided.

Worst customer service. I ordered wrong size lids. Completely my mistake and I know it. When I messaged with them. I was told that I had to pay to ship them back. Ok. Bad enough shipping is outrageous. I had to pay shipping to get them. Now have to pay shipping to send them back and then pay shipping again to reship new product. The person I was talking to made sure to tell me that it was my mistake but what happened to loyalty. Been a customer with them for years. Couldn’t give any leeway. Also asked if they could email me the return slip and she wouldn’t even do that. Told me I can do it myself. Definitely looking for a new place to order from. Fine with shipping but can’t even help me with an email.

I've been ordering from Bulk Apothecary this year and they never disappoint! We do not order very much with them, but still, ordered products were of outstanding quality, communication is very good, online platform is working nice, and prices are good. If they would have some nice girls there, I would consider asking them out... :P

we ordered garlic oil on their website a year ago. and now we needed again oil. well the smell is way less strong and we called and they said it was the same. i have put it in 5 gallon oil here and that is stronger then the bottle they send. we returned and waiting on another batch number.

I placed a decent sized order and received an order number but i didn’t receive the tracking number or any updates. I absolutely love the way these oils smell and have ordered a couple times before. Usually my order takes a little while, and i don’t mind waiting, but this time i waited about a month before reaching out. I checked my emails to see if tracking was sent when i realized it hadn’t been. i reached out and was told that it showed delivered and and an investigation would be had. After reaching back out I was notified that a replacement order had been made and would be shipped out the following day. Guys, accidents happen. There is always a room for human error but it all matters in how you take care of it. My replacement order was delivered in 2 days! I am so happy with my replacement order the oils smell amazing and I am so happy to say i will continue doing business here. Thank you

I was excited to make my first order of body scrubs and body butters after trying the samples. I ordered 24 each of 3 different body butters and 24 each of 4 different body scrubs. When the shipment arrived, the boxes containing the scrubs were saturated all the way through to the outside with the oil that had leaked from the scrubs. There was no packing materials inside the box to stabilize and protect the product from movement and impact. I immediately took pictures and emailed their customer service department as I feared that most of my scrubs would be dried out from the leaking. They emailed back the following day saying they would refund my money for all of the damaged scrubs. I saw the refund come through the same day so I chalked it up to a bad incident. Then, while labeling my products, I noticed a bad smell coming from one of the scrubs. I opened it and sure enough, it was obviously spoiled and rancid. Once again, I emailed to let them know only to receive an email back from Brandi in Customer Service reminding me that they had issued me a refund for the scrubs and there was nothing further they could do. I called her to share that now I am stuck with 96 jars of scrub that I fear may be spoiled. Each of the jars has an inner seal so the only way to know if the product is good is to open each one. I am not willing to take a chance on selling these scrubs to my loyal customers only to have them potentially open a spoiled rancid one. I asked Brandi to replace my products with a fresh batch (I offered to send the scrubs back to them in exchange for a fresh batch) she said no and again reminded me about the refund. I told her I don't care about the money, it was the product I wanted. Again, she repeated there was nothing further they would do for me with this order. Needless to say, I was disappointed about this outcome and their unwillingness to offer a viable solution that worked for both of us. I will seek another vendor for my body products. There was no compassion from Brandi and she seemed annoyed that I pressed her for a better solution. I expected her to be mortified about her customer having received a rancid product!!! I asked myself WHO IS RUNNING THIS COMPANY?? As a business owner, I never want to leave another business a negative review without first calling them to see if there is something we can do to work it out. She was not interested in helping and I am left with 100 pieces of body scrubs that MIGHT be spoiled and unsaleable. This is bad business and they have lost me as well as any other fellow business owners I have shared this with as customers. Very sad! DO BETTER!
