I placed an order for 208 oz of Eucalyptus essential oil [$350] they gave me the volume discount on 160 oz but charged me full price on 48 oz because they don't have the option add them together? Seriously? When I got the confirmation and questioned this, they literally said sorry we are not going to give you the volume discount and BTW you were also entitled to a 15% discount which we are NOT going to give you either. Because you missed entering the secret code.

I recently ordered 4 gallons of Castile soap. It arrived well, all 4 bottles sealed. I opened the first one a few weeks later when I needed it. I was very disappointed with what I found. The soap was of a very poor quality. Lots of solid blobs in the liquid, not a homogeneous consistency at all. Plenty of solids stuck on the sides of the bottle. I took pictures, a clear video, everything to show the bulk apothecary customer service the quality of the product. The only reply that I got was that my complaint was outside of the return period so they were unwilling to refund or even exchange the product. Mind you, at that point 3 bottles were still sealed. I was and I still am baffled. This company has the absolute worst customer service ever. They simply do not deserve customers. Or maybe we’re all just getting too spoiled by Amazon 😊😊😊

First let me say I love the product, so I really hate that I am having to look elsewhere but their customer service is so bad there is no alternative. They have never shipped a correct order to me. Last time I ordered they sent one incorrect item and I just made it work rather than going through the hassle. This time half of my order was wrong. Instead of sending out the correct items they are making me wait until they "receive and note" the returned items to send me what I ordered even though they made the mistake. So far, it's at about 10 days and I'm having to postpone the class until I receive the order because there is no guarantee they will send the correct items. After all their track record so far for correct orders is 0%. Looking for a new supplier because I will never order anything from them again. Will contact the Better Business Bureau if they do not send out the correct product in the next few days.

If you're comparison shopping, please be aware that they sell FOUR gallons instead of FIVE-gallon buckets. It says 30 pounds but I didn't check carefully. Then, these jerks screwed up a $1500 order then refused to ship what they missed until they had PROOF that I had returned what they weren't supposed to send me in the first place. I've been a customer for at least 10 years, but I won't go back!

I read reviews on everything, a lot of times a decision to purchase or not is based on what read. Thankfully I didn’t read any negative reviews before ordering from Bulk Apothecary. I am very happy with everything I have ordered from them. My orders are shipped quickly and packaged very carefully. All of the products I have purchased are high quality, I will buy again and highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Bulkapothecary for over 9 years, my last order I received last week worth over $400 in oils, all 4 boxes received leaked everywhere, gallons of bottles half empty due the leakage during shipping. the UPS said not to receive them that he could take them back to sender. I needed the order and I decided to keep it and see how I could resolve this directly with Bulkapothecary. However, they were not considered in replacing the damaged gallons and instead they made me returned the leaked gallons, which I don't even have a new or clean box to ship them back to them except the leaked boxes hoping UPS accepts them as they are to ship out. I am a small company and for sure if a customer receives a damaged product due to shipping issues, I have had to replace the items at no cost to customer. In this case they did not help in any way, this is why I am giving them a 1 star review. If you ever receive a damaged order from them my advice is do not accept the order, you don't want to deal with headaches later."

Love this company the products real deals and quality excellent! Was packages so professionally and arrived fine! The products are always interesting as well healthy alternatives and supporting small business! Recommend!

A fabulous find! Huge selection of soap making supplies, add ins, molds, accessories. Their website is easy to navigate, they had below-minimal "out of stock, and my order took less than a week from order to delivery. I just made my second order. GREAT customer service!
