Fast shipping, products seem to be of good quality. Only one thing I did not like and take exception to, is bottles and jars do not come with lids, tops, etc. You have to find those in the their site, guess which ones fit (they do give sizes) and pay for the tops. I mistakenly bought 50 tops I don’t want. It’s totally unnecessary but that’s probably the way BA receives them, separately.

We completely understand the confusion regarding the bottles and closures. We intentionally sell our bottles and closures separately because many of our bottles are compatible with several different options. Depending on what a customer is making, they may want a lotion pump, fine mist sprayer, press disc cap, flip top cap, or another closure. Selling them separately allows each customer to create the combination that works best for their product rather than us assuming how the bottle will be used or limiting it to one closure type. That said, we appreciate your feedback about making it easier to identify which closures are compatible with each bottle. We certainly don’t want customers accidentally purchasing 50 closures they can’t use, and your experience is helpful as we look for ways to make those pairings clearer on our website.
