The lavender buds I received were dark brown and very crumbly , and smelled odd not fresh like how lavender is supposed to

My last 3 visits to the site were pointless as I could not complete my purchases. I had to repeatedly log out and then back into the site, but still could not buy what I needed and had to leave the items in my basket. I was only able to input the address information, but nothing else would activate. Previously, I had the same experience of the purchasing freezing up on the site when an item I was purchasing was bought out. No notice was given until my back locked my card due to multiple attempts to complete the purchase.
