Disappointing experience this time
I’ve always had a fully good experience with Bulk Apothecary. Good service, good products, items shipped well and properly. This time I was appalled by the condition in which my order arrived. Three smallish buckets of hard oils were in with 1 lb sized containers and more than a dozen plastic molds. Poorly packed. The box arrived with seams tearing, a hole in one corner and it looked like it had been hastily retaped by USPS. Everything was in a jumble. It was a wonder that everything was still in there and the molds hadn’t been damaged by the buckets of oils bashing against them. (A testament to the molds I guess! LOL!) That said, anyone can have a bad moment, especially around Christmas, so I will definitely buy from Bulk Apothecary in the future in any case.
